Dr. Donna Marino

Psy.D. · Licensed Clinical Psychologist · Executive Consultant

Dr. Donna Marino has spent twenty-five years helping families keep their businesses — and their businesses keep their families. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical psychology and family enterprise: a rare combination that lets her see, and name, the patterns most consultants never reach.

Before founding the firm, Dr. Marino built and led a successful clinical psychology practice, serving individuals, couples, and families navigating significant life transitions. That foundation remains the backbone of how she works today: deeply, honestly, and with absolute commitment to the client in the room.

She is a frequent speaker on succession and leadership in family enterprise, and a subject-matter expert for the Business Psychology program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her work has been featured in Family Business Magazine, Fast Company, Thrive Global, and a wide range of industry podcasts.
